Is it easy to adapt and get into the system when moving from a startup to the corporate world, given that your work and progress may be more prominent in startup more than corporate?

What is the longest you have seen someone with less than 50% utilization stay in a firm?

Is it weird that I feel less technically knowledgeable after a year and a half of audit than when I graduated? I just started a technical accounting job, and there are glaring gaps in my knowledge of basic stuff I knew during college. I just never saw it in audit.
