Need help , can anyone let me know if Accenture is giving work from home as of now ? I mean i have been offered, and the HR is telling me to collect the assets from the base location and the policy of dispatching the assets to home location is no more. Now initially it was communicated it will be work from home for at-least 6 months now i am building trust issues to join the organisation.

On what basis do you think it is inadequate today? I have no problem with improvements, but the EO isn't an improvement. The only way a complete shutdown is justified is if you have next to zero confidence in the current system. On the contrary, I have relatively high confidence in the current system while being open to additional improvements. That would argue for, at most, a targeted pause for the areas you suspect have serious issues, if any. Followed by a rapid review.
Do you mean make it tougher? If so it already is pretty tough. It takes at least a year for get thru the vetting process. Even the people who have helped US troops over there -translators and such, people who are vouched for by military personnel usually can't get a visa over here. How much tougher do you want it to be?
I've yet to hear a valid, fact-based argument as to why the process now is inadequate. I'm not trying to be a smart-ass, I just really want someone to help me understand why all this is happening.
The process is not inadequate! It's a the kool-aid that all reps and DT supporters are drinking. I am in the process of sponsoring my parents from Bangladesh- which is not on the list and far from a war ridden country! And you would not believe the amount of paper work and verification me and my husband having to go trough! And we are doing it gladly! And that is why I get so offended when people riled up like we are coming to this country and driving it down to toilet when half of "American" population have criminal records!
