Manager(total 4yr exp) in Pwc,KPMG,EY VS Manager(total 10yr exp) in Deloitte. Small big 3 makes people a manager in 4 yrs exp where as Deloitte usi takes 10 yrs exp. What will be difference in role, responsibilities, hike and salary slabs? Are both level same? Your views. Salary for manager in Pwc,KPMG,EY starts from 18. Salary for manager in deloitte usi starts from 30. Deloitte KPMG PwC EY

That’s not particularly surprising. Minneapolis is a great city but it’s not exactly a Mecca of advertising talent.
I think the problem with Minneapolis is that talent just rotated from agency-to-agency and the work starts feeling the same from everywhere. I’m not knocking the talent, there’s a lot of talent there. Just need to shake it up a bit.
A lot of second tier cities do this. Boston is the same.
I’m not so sure we’re lacking in local talent. The client and agency culture are more conservative here. If some of the more talented creatives in this market went and worked in NY or LA their books would probably be much stronger.
Ditto for Milwaukee
What shops in Milwaukee, asking for a friend.
ACD it’s not the quality of the talent it’s the quantity.
