Is it okay to share offer letters that we have with other company recruiters? Aren't offer letters strict and confidential. Can we refuse to show the same or what can we do in these situations.

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

If a senior partner referred me, and I still haven't heard back after 4 weeks, what could be the reason as to the delay? Am I not getting an interview?

How hard is it to get an interview for SWE at FAANG outside of on campus recruiting? I’m in GT’s OMSCS program right now, hoping to take advantage of career fairs this fall, but I don’t know if I’ll have enough time to prepare for the technical interviews before then. But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
