Ironic, because of how many souls it's taken.
Both
Is it because focusing on 'business transformation' sucks the soul out of a place. Less about brave ideas more about slow iteration? Never worked there but I get the sense it's more about 'sensible' decisions being made on a white board. Fair?
It’s had one but sold it when it moved from 39th. Maybe a couple years before It’s just another one of those now.
Which office?
It wasn’t too bad circa 2007. No idea now
The original, under 500 people NY office had a soul. Once the 3rd building on 39th opened, it had all but vanished. Can’t speak for London, but have mad respect for James Temple. Chicago? SF? Austin? LA? No clue. Depends on which leadership regime was there at the time, I suppose
@Copywriter1 this past year has sucked morale wise and I usually work 60 hours a week BUT I absolutely love the people I work with and we all voluntarily hang out with each other on the weekend (not at work). RGA can sometimes be hell, but it’s hell with your best friends.
All of them. Particularly west coast ones.
I’ve heard the LA office is the worst. It’s soulless with a complete lack of leadership. Apparently management isn’t interested and there’s no creative direction.
I kind of feel my office is heading the same way.
Mediacom: “hold my beer”
Man this is sad. I always looked at R/GA positively. I guess you can’t trust Glassdoor haha
