In my INSEAD class there were just 2 people I know if with less that 3 yrs of work ex.
One was a McK sponsored candidate who was a star performer and made associate in a year.
The second was one who started up while in UG and sold his startup to a fortune 500.
So going by that, I would deduct that to get in with less than 3 yrs of work ex, you would need to have some major achievement within the 2 odd years you have worked to demonstrate that you are at the same level as the others in the class. Else you might be considered not mature enough, and asked to reapply in 1-2 yrs.
Yes lol
Someone’s really trying to flex and get asked more questions.

I see. Thank you. Well I’ll just be shamelessly direct if you don’t mind. Can I send you my CV? Is it possible that I can ask you for a referral?
MiM or MBA?
I would say make sure ur not sending a blind application. Meaning I would acquaint myself with one or two admissions people before applying so they kind of know you when you start the application process.
2 years of work ex is on the lower side. Might hurt your chances despite the obvious strengths

Isn’t the acceptance rate for INSEAD like 50%? Don’t worry about it, especially if you have lady parts and/or come from underrepresented countries/communities.

Male, grew up in Dubai. Guess I’m doomed.
I don’t know the answer; but if you want to do an MBA to recruit for consulting, I would put 2 more years before enrolling
No, in this case you need at least 790 on GMAT
