I think it depends. If it's rare then fine I'll pick up. But if it's a constant thing, I nope out and like Amazon said above, have a chat with them to understand why it's happening
Unless I'm on call, that's gonna go to voicemail everytime. I get paid to do the company's bidding during work hours, I'm not going to sacrifice family time in the evenings to work for free.
I guess it would depend on whether it was rare or commonplace. If rare, I'd probably assume it was some type of emergency and pick up. If it wasn't urgent, I'd definitely not make a habit of it.
