Nah, it’s an ETF man. If that were truly the case I imagine the managers would rebalance/reinvest. I’m moving into 3 of their funds as well.

What do you mean by too late? If your familiar with SP research, they did a piece on persistency of returns and found that a fund in the top quartile of any given year has a 8% of being there in 2 years and actually has a higher probability of being in the lowest quartile of returns. The point of the piece is to not chase the best performing fund in any given year
