I have 33L salary in India and holding NL offer of 105k euros.
YOE: 11 years

I am planning to travel alone now, get things(mainly apartment) ready and then initiate family(spouse + 5 months baby) travel.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. 1. In India my gross would be 69 LPA along with my spouse out of which we save up to 20 LPA per year.
