Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I worked for a company in NYC remotely from London for a while so it is possible on the East Coast. They just paid me as a foreign contractor which is a standard practice. A big tech company could pay you through their London office which would make it even easier.
If they are on the West Coast I don't see how it would work with time zones, but if you're a serious night owl then maybe.
yeah you're right. West coast would be a killer
Be careful with assuming they’d employ you as a foreign contractor. You don’t likely have US working permission so they’d need to find another route to employ you. Ask upfront about this.
Yeah that is true. Especially large companies with rigid processes. I've only done it in small and medium sized businesses where I can speak directly to people with the power to make exceptions.
In theory it should be very attractive to them though. It's cheaper and comes with less liability than an employee on the payroll.

It's ok tbh. Regulated but more have problems with the tech bro side of it...and some views of advertising and marketing are a bit behind
