Is revenue stamp mandatory if rent paid is >5k which is either through cash or upi payment?

Do you have a set $ you save every month? I'm 27, I've been tracking spend since 2020 and my $ saved has very strong variances MoM. If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)... It's not affecting my overall saving % (was 46%) but wondering if I should try to even it out a bit more?

I have dal 19 put 3/27. Loosing money there, should I wait out another day or two or cut my losses now?

10k-ELSS 10K-Equity MF 10k-Debt MF 4K-NPS 6K-PPF . Is it fine or any suggestions are welcomed. Also if anyone can suggest me which ELSS or mutual fund should I select considering the current market scenario

Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Apart from this planning to buy flats or small villa in chennai. I can pay invest more as my most money goes as a saving or buy gold as risk free. Please advice wat else can i do? Kindly

I had rented my condo to an unpleasant “condo maintenance company” as my tenant. Had to end the lease prematurely, a lot of trouble. I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.
