Is the Air Force reserves worth it if I make $190k as an m7 MBA working in Big 4 Strategy? Benefits like the VA Loan, Tricare, etc.. seem cool. Would only be 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer which doesn’t seem too bad. I already finished school so not sure if the GI Bill would be applicable.

I left Big 4 after 2 internships and 1 year as a staff for reasons I’ll describe below. I was highly rated and they didn’t want me to leave. I want to go back but only if I can be a senior. Realistic?

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly.
