Is the UK a bad place for allergy sufferers? I moved here 1 year ago and fallen sick about 4 times. Never used to happen in Canada. I suffer from dust mite allergies and just general air borne allergies. The houses here seem to have no ventilation other than windows but there’s no internal vents and the houses collect a lot of dust (eventhough it rains all the time). Can someone please advise what to do and how to keep the house ventilated and dust free.

Recently left Accenture and feel like I am in need of complete detox. Experience full range of emotions. Anyone else have similar experience?

Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test. Any idea how often those lists get updated?

Ive been using botox fairly consistently for 10 yrs and m happy with the results. However, for financial reasons Im thinking of taking a break for 12 months to save the extra money.

What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack.
