Hi everyone! I’m a new professional (<1 year post grad) and I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited for at a non-profit. The posted salary range was $48-58k and I was offered $53k, which I think is fine, but I’ll be moving to the LA metro area and I’m a little concerned about the cost of living. Im also not sure what kinds of benefits so should be asking for, the letter just says “employer contribution to health insurance if necessary, details TBD”.
All comments are welcome, thx!
I haven't heard that there is a hiring freeze but there may be some hold ups due to budget cuts
Our Omnicom agency recently had layoffs. Stock performance last quarter wasn't up to par.
Which one was that?
