I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

BCG pays most, then Bain, then McKinsey at any given level (pre-partner)
McKinsey makes up for it with faster title progression, so comp is roughly same over equivalent YOE
Bain is a step below BCG but has meaningful profit sharing
Agree with A1 above, also should note McK senior partners make by far the most.
BCG may have the highest base (don't think it's true any more at all levels), but Bain definitely has higher all-in post-manager. Bain's high leverage model also means partners likely make more (on average), too.
Can you explain the high-leverage model?
Not quite right our junior MDPs make more than their peers in NAMR (average 1.2-1.3m tc in your first year) and true till a couple of years in and then Bain over takes us. And McK senior partners make more. Basically there’s meaningful differences at the partner level but not really before.

All of the above correct. Essentially it’s pretty similar at every level (albeit with subtle differences) and other differences are more meaningful.
Structurally more different at Partner, but by the time you get there there are far more important factors and you are making more than enough for it to be a primary consideration
