How is Job Security at Epam? i have a offer from CG Invent and EPAM, with almost similar package, my main criteria is Job Security and transition to product manager. EPam mentioned their is easy transition within epam for any domain or profile. Also my current organization i.e. GL is also trying to retain me and giving me proxy PM role. please advise.

I recently joined wipro, itd been 10 days .I am not assigned to any project. I have been just assigned to a project stream. I mailed my supervisor.. he said they will share me multiple JD as there are different positions.. I dont see any one even bothered about me sitting silently without any project. What can be done.. This is how applications are prioritised mostly.
And for MBB, exceptional academic qualifications and relevant work experience is a must. Sometimes, even with PPO, not everyone gets shortlisted for final interviews during their PGP2 in top IIMs. So, unless you are from Target B-School or coming with highly relevant Consulting Experience, it is difficult to land a front end consulting job at MBB. There are other CoEs & verticals that are easier to get into at MBB. So, don't focus too much on not receiving a response. I applied to McK in early Feb and received rejection mail in late May🤷(by then, forgot that I applied😅)

Actually I've been trying to target MBB since my PGD days (From a target campus) however had hard luck getting a shortlist (Fresher B.Tech (NIT) (9,9,8) profile).
With 3 years of experience in a boutique consulting firm, I thought I'll try again.
Btw, how did you apply to McK? Portal?
Pro
1. Most hiring is done through campus hiring from target schools. Lateral hires are very rare at Associate levels, although you can ask for referrals.
2. Getting shortlisted is difficult, unless you have a stellar profile
3. Senior Associate at BCG =/= Senior Associate at McK. At BCG, it is an entry level designation post MBA while at McKinsey it’s 3-4 years post MBA and for this you’d need atleast 5-7 years of consulting experience to even be considered

I'd applied for these from my campus as well, had a hard luck getting any shortlist. So ideally, the only slim chance of even getting a response would be either through a credible source of referral or a highly stellar profile, right?
Also, do these orgs. have target organizations for experienced professionals? E.g. they don't hire from Indian conglomerates, etc??
