So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

Not sure if Im hired or not, but are there any questions about the job, comp (cont.)

If you work at FAANG level company do you get recruiter calls almost daily?
Cause I work in a lower level firm and I don't get calls

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? What are some concrete reasons why someone in consulting would be fired, other than the obvious stupid things?

This place is filled with weak minded people that complain too much. Be happy to have a job that's better than 99.9% of the worlds population and try to enjoy life a little bit.
