Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hello Fishes,
Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Birlasoft - 25L agreed on initial call. HR round pending.
Tech:Mainframe, YOE: 11.5
15 days notice left.
TCS asking for joining confirmation within 3 days.
Is it worth rejecting TCS, for 10% more package from birlasoft.

Health insurance
More Yearly leaves
No relocation
No shifts
Birlasoft better on:
More package
May get joining bonus.
Help me decide which one to choose?

Yes if you are above consultant i,e starting from role senior consultant you will have variable pay component
Level C1 and above have variable pay
C1 is senior consultant. Its one level below Manager.
I know there is variable payout based on the height of the level.
A high level of education is required
