Is there really a talent shortage? It’s what I keep hearing but as a POC female creative with 7+ years of agency experience, I’m feeling pretty discouraged with the job hunt right now. I’ve interviewed at a couple of places but haven’t made it to to the offer stage. If anyone has leads for ACD/senior AD roles in NYC I’d love to know.

Has anyone taken the online assessment to work at AWS. I was called by a recruiter and he sent me this assessment that needs to done within 7 days. What should I expect?

My technical interview was on 19th Feb and received HR called me on 22nd feb for salary discussion but again on 22nd Feb 2nd HR called to have managerial round which was scheduled on 25th Feb and again got mail to submit CIS form. After submitting form didn't get any call from HR. Its been 8 days. Is i am ghosted?

I have been interviewed by QBurst and cleared 2 rounds and next will be managerial(todays from now) then a HR round.

I have, 2 YEO in NodeJs & Golang.
Current package is 4.2LPA

I've asked them for 10LPA at the beginning of the whole process. The hiring HR has told they'll try to make as best as they can, but cannot confirm my expectation.

I want any of yours suggestions about how much should I expect I'll get depending on my current package and YOE as per QBurst's standards?

Do you have a product portfolio? I have case study details on features I've released but so far have only needed as reference notes in interviews. I have an upcoming interview where they specifically want to discuss my portfolio and want to ensure I'm correctly prepared.

I have been working in healthcare clinics and health techs for a few years now. I’m an independent consultant. Bust, a friend of mine referred me to a big bank job. The role is of data governance manager. What should I know for the interview, or how can I prepare for it? Any thoughts? They told me I don’t need financial background. Data is data, but they wanted to know metadata management and how do I build frameworks/implement enterprise systems.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.
