Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?
KLA Corporation
Thank you

Can't visualize it right now. Will check and let you know tomorrow
Sorry! I meant you needed to be at 40 hrs. You're fine. Happy New Year.
I always checked in one of those apps... if you download the whole suite of them, one will have that info readily available. It's been a bit thoigh
Here's what we got from our HR.
1. Check your current Holiday hours in MyMetrics (ideally prior to 12/23)
2. If it =40hrs, you have 2 floating holidays available- charge 12/29 & 12/30 to Holiday
3. If it = 48hrs, you have one floating holiday available, charge 8 hrs to Holiday & 8 hrs to vacation
4. If it = 56 hrs, no floating holidays left, charge 16 hrs to Vacation
5. If it > 56 hrs, determine which days need to be backed out if Holiday and charged to Vacation. It should equal 56 hrs, not more.
Hope this helps! Happy New Year!
Thanks p1! But I'm struggling to find my holiday balance in mymetrics haha. Please let me know where it is, once you get the chance. Thanks :)
Found it. So at the END of december, my holiday balance should equal 72, correct P1?
Sorry, I meant 80. I have 64 right now, but that is including the holiday time synced on December 26, 27 and 28. Which means it was 40 before Dec 23. So I should be able to charge 29 and 30 to holiday, based on what you said. Try to visualize this right now, otherwise please reply tomorrow. Thanks :)
Yeah you should be at 80hrs by the end of dec....however that shakes out. Which holiday did you not use? Are you a new hire?
I charged everything to holiday code. Why u r worrying so much?
Nope, started August 2015.
Not worried, curious. You should've had 48hrs prior to 12/23. And the new hire question was to check if you are eligible for floating holidays or not. In any case, you asked, you got an answer. I bid you adieu.
You should be fine with floating holidays
Never mind, OP...just realized a PwC 2 made the worried remark.
Haha no problem P1, I guessed you got confused between P2 and myself lol. So yes, not a new hire, so I don't know why I didn't have 48 before Dec 23...
I have 16 hrs in July, 0 in August, 8 in September, 0 in October, 16 in November. You?
If I'm capped out at 176 vacation hours, it makes sense to put these days down for vacation, no? As the floating last end of fiscal year?
