Is there value in getting an MBA while pursuing a career as an Engineering Consultant ? I have a BS/MS in Geo Engineering, I have about 9 years experience. But I have a benefit from the military to go back to school part time, I have considered using this to get my MBA. But my fear is that it is not going to be worth my effort. Mentors if mine have been on both sides, Please share your thoughts.

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

What is the difference between a Software Engineer I and II? When do you know you're ready to leave your first great SE job? Is there a way to get more money without leaving? I've been at my current company for maybe and year and a half but I'm not sure if I'm good enough to leave yet. My manager always says I'm doing well and I got promoted from SE I to SE II a few months back. I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. I’m not sure if staying longer is beneficial for my future career as an Electrical engineer. I plan on getting my FE license within the next 6 months. Any suggestions will be appreciated

First time poster here!

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?
