Is your agency flexible when it comes to picking up kids after school? Now that RTO is getting stricter, we are asked to go to the office 3 days per week, 9-5pm. My manager is very understanding and lets me leave early these 3 days so I can pick up my son from school but I’m concerned upper management will disallow this too.
