I try not to get frustrated by clients but it just gets to me when their accounting people refer to numbers as positive and negative instead of debit and credit

How best to tell the offshore team that they need to be aware of time zone differences and not try to reach me at 1 am or send a meeting invite for 5:30 am at midnight? Without sounding condescending?

Mid-level when she's leading the call: please make sure you take notes. It's expected of the person not leading a call (note I always take notes)

Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.

How do you hype yourself up to deal with a difficult or problematic client on a weekly basis? I have one client in particular who sends my anxiety through the roof and leaves a knot in my stomach every Monday.

Just got let go and my manager said part of it was because I was looking for other jobs. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor!
