I've applied to over 100 job listings and haven't received anything but rejection emails. I honestly don't think it's me. Some jobs show 100s of applicants within the first hour.

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? 1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance.
