I have been offered a role as senior master data finance analyst within a listed multinational with many new acquisitions and integrations. The role involves master data management, process improvements, documentation, participation in data migrations, business support and incident management. Anyone that has taken a similar path, what are your impressions and the value added to your experience?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months.
