I've been a tech for almost 4 yrs. A yr after I start working a weekend gig came available so I took it with a 1.50 bump in pay. Almost 3 yrs later a 1st shift transfer comes available so I apply for it. They told me I'd have to take a 3 dollar pay cut. Is that possible?I did recieve a raise shortly after that plus 2 cost of living raises. Can someone explain to me how or why they would take more away than what they gave to go?

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

Advice for someone having their first annual review? I have been well exceeding my role and am going to negotiate for a higher pay raise.

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark).
