There are a few culture fit issues (I'm very outgoing and friendly but the people I work with keep it to the point which is fine but for me personally Id rather work at a friendlier workplace). Remember one thing - If some companies are laying off employees then it's equally a good chance for the other companies to get talented resource . Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too. Just believe in yourself and focus on your skillset, time to brush up and pull up your socks. Stay safe , stay positive !
