What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.

If you've been contacted by a recruiter that doesn't mean you'll be getting the job, of course. At this point you might as well follow through and see what happens. Unless you've got a moral position against working for Meta I don't understand what the objection would be. If you need a job, you may have to compromise on whatever your optimal employers might be.
Be prepared to go through the entire full effort interview process and then get no feedback or actual offer. If it’s worth that then go for it
