I've been having issue with two interview questions:

I was let go (fired) and try to go down the "not a right fit path". Recruiters usually skim over it, but sometimes hiring managers/CFO drill in and want you to say either layoff, fired, or resignation. I feel like at that point, I've lost their interest if I'm forced to say fired or let go.

The other is the hop down from senior to staff roles. I'm applying everywhere of course, but my answer doesn't seem tk satisfy them.

How can I get into a position in ServiceNow? 3 YOE at D and ACN as a ServiceNow implementation consultant and would love to work for ServiceNow itself. I’ve applied to a few roles a couple weeks ago but haven’t heard anything.

Deloitte Cyber, how long did it take you to receive an offer after final interview?

I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?
