I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 11 years with 10 of those in the field as a technician. As a technician I was considered very capable and was always considered one of the best where ever I worked. I’ve moved on to sales and currently work inside sales at a manufacturer rep. I’m still searching for the outside sales role that I want but I keep running into the “I lack outside sales experience”.
