I’ve been with the company for 20+ years, I asked for a raise and gave a PowerPoint about how I’m underpaid in my field, etc. My boss agreed however that was 6 months ago & I started looking in September. I’m done waiting. To give 2 weeks or not?

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?
