Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

No. Do your job or don’t.
I think you can. Your CC has to go bat for you though.
In all honesty, the salary increase will only temporarily make you feel better. You'll still hate it there.
You are either: 1 very good, so good that you are irreplaceable 2: good, and cheap. If you are 1, I would expect you to have trained a junior by now bc you are probably too expensive. Since no one is irreplaceable, my gut tells me you are a cheap relative to your peer group so he wants to keep you for margin. Nothing personal, just think from that perspective
I've never heard of negotiating a salary increase to work on a crummy project.
It depends. If the partner can make a sway on your pay, maybe. If the partner is junior, the project is not important, or the partner doesn’t have sway, no.
If the partner doesn’t have any of what D1 wrote above (seniority, impt case, sway), you should definitely push back
