I’ve been struggling to find a solid job in the Roseville, CA area.

I have my BSIS Guard Card, a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, security experience, and grocery/customer service experience. I’m looking for decent pay, good leadership, and regular hours, preferably close to 9–5.

It feels hard to find stable work in security/loss prevention right now. Does anyone know good routes or companies near Roseville/Rocklin/Folsom for security, LP, surveillance, dispatch, or access control?

Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated.
