I have 7 yr exp. and i have offer from Shell with 19 lpa & Mphasis with 16 lpa for BI reporting lead position. my friends from previous organization told me that Mphasis have lots of onsite opportunities but during interview my manager told me that it's totally depands upon project and very less chances in BI role. So what should i do in that case, should i go for shell or Mphasis ? I don't have any issue with less CTC in case i will get onsite in future.

Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

I don't think it really matters. People always worry that coworkers will notice it and start some drama over it, so that's a concern. If you're not really serious about leaving it may not make sense. And to be honest, I've always doubted that the feature accomplishes much.
If you're that worried about it, I would skip the badge and just update your profile and activity. Recruiters will still find you.
Don't put that badge up. Please. If you're open to new opportunities, you can select an option that alerts recruiters without putting some stupid frame on your profile pic. You don't want your boss seeing that next time they log in to LinkedIn.
Definitely do NOT put that badge up!! Many opportunities for it to backfire, including a recruiter from your agency looking for new hires and ... oops, you match. Additionally, all it does is get you spammed with irrelevant job offers and every recruiter under the sun.
Look up " [company name you're interested in] recruiter" on linked in and connect/message directly with recruiters/talent acquisition from those companies. That's where you want to go. Connect, get them your resume, let them see if you fit anywhere now or when something new opens.
