You can suggest taking on more responsibility from the owners so they can enjoy their free time and not worry so much about day to day operation of the company if they agree , of course this would have be beneficial to both of you so you can suggest it and mention just to be fairly compensated
Another route can be become a partner in the company, elaborate to them on your commitment to the company, how you share the same passion with them and how you treat it like if it was your own. If they’re not too convince on this idea, you can mention your values and what you bring to the company and how you can help make it grow and become known or bigger

You've only been in management for 1 year? I would think you need more experience in the management sector of the business before you expect to be able to continue to move up.
I agree with you, but perhaps I should clarify. I have been doing management responsibilities for the past 3 years, but the last year have been titled the Shop Manager. Over that 3 year span, I have been gaining for knowledge and more responsibilities and just wanna know how I ask to be more involved than I have been.
Highlight that you love what you are doing but love to learn. Ask for a stretch assignment or say you are willing to take classes or mentorship to learn a new skill to make you better at your work
