I’ve been working in the US for 5 years. My H1-B visa interview is in 28 days in India. I’m engaged to an American, should I be mentioning that if they ask me about why I want to live in America?

Looking for some advice.. Manager left, I was given their work. Promoted few months after, but not to the role of my previous manager. Rec opened, I applied, didn't get it. We hired the new person and in my hopes to offload some of that original work back to them. I was told I'm going to continue to do everything my previous manager was doing. I'm still not a product manager even tho my previous manager was and the new manager is. Applying to jobs and concerned my title is holding me back.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? For example, the question “design a podcasting app for truck drivers.” What types of truck drivers can I select so that I can prioritize a user group to focus on and begin identification of pain points and solutions?

Just heard my H1B petition was approved. Visa will be valid starting Oct 1, 2021. I am also scheduled to get promoted in October (unsure of which date exactly). I am currently in the OPT grace period (about 15 days left) and was notified that I was selected in the second h1b lottery. I have no idea how this works. I don’t think my company can file by the end of the grace period. Does that mean I have to leave the country and return October 1? What other info do I need to know?
