I’ve come across many people these days who pay agencies lakhs of rupees to get around 5 years of fake experience and then land jobs in Big 4 mnc they’re getting packages of around ₹13 LPA.

What I find surprising is that someone who genuinely learns, works hard, and gains real experience for 3–5 years might still be earning around ₹10 LPA, while someone else pays for fake experience, gets hired with a senior title, and earns a higher salary.

What are your thoughts on it?

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Ie; a part time employee getting $200.00 in a quarterly bonus and then not being scheduled a whole week during a bi-weekly pay period where they would have earned more on the clock…?
