I've got a patient who's a little too eager to connect on social media. I appreciate their interest in my life, but it's starting to cross the line into unprofessional territory - and it's a little unsettling how much he seems to know. How do you all politely but firmly set boundaries with patients who overshare or try to friend you online? I don't want to hurt their feelings, but I also need to protect my privacy and maintain a professional relationship.

How do you handle rude clinicians in the workplace? I always have an attending talking down to me.

Someone I’ve started seeing uses they/them pronouns. I’m trying my best but still feel like I make mistakes. When I want to address them is it ok to say how are you or should I say how are they?

I’ve just started to put my pronouns in my email signature and it sparked a great discussion with members of our team regarding the importance of making it a regular thing for everyone. :)

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well?
