I've gotten better, but every time I do something wrong I think all of my coworkers know and are judging it for me. Particularly when I used to drink to excess at non work functions. I worry everyone knows about it and that I did something horrible. No hard proof to back this up and I'm sober now. Any one else struggle with this and have advice?

What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

Random Thought: I love my therapist and I just realized the things I talk to her about I wish I could talk to my parents about. I have a seriously hard time working all day. I went straight through, so part of it is probably just that I've never worked in an office before, but I have the hardest time getting in all my hours. Anyone else deal with that fatigue? Or figured out how to conquer it?

I’m a big law attorney and thinking about getting my real estate license (brother is thinking about the same thing, so we’re thinking to go into some RE investing together). Thoughts? I know my firm wouldn’t ever let me actually represent someone as an RE agent, so then I’m wondering if there’s really any value to me getting a license?

I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol

When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables. I can't stay late because my kids need me and I can't work on the weekends because I have to maintain my house and take care of my kids. I'm being constantly told to work harder, stay later, etc but it's not practical. Or am I not approaching this with the right mindset?

Usually I go through my sent inbox but it has so much extra info so it’s not a quick scan. Plus outlook does weird things sometimes like combines conversations so I only see most recent sent item in that convo.
