SAS I’ve had my product manager interview with HR and the hiring manager last Monday. It’s been a week should I just assume I wasn’t selected to move forward. They never updated my status on the company website to “not selected” I sent a follow up email and didn’t hear anything.

I have completed my tech interview rounds with UBS and have received email for fitment round.

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

Done with technical round, HR round and also background verification. And got a call from HR for negotiation. But till now not received offer letter. It's been two weeks. Is it always like this in tech Mahindra?? Or should I consider I won't be getting any call back.

Tax senior with CPA at small firm. Best way to get to Big 4 audit? (LA or OC) Went to non-target so little to no alumni at B4. I don’t mind the switch to a lower title since audit was always my preference and was never a fan of tax (stayed local for family).
