Ive had the delta gold Amex for a few years, and now I’m interested in getting the regular Amex platinum card since I saw there’s a 150k welcome/referral bonus. However, it says I’m not qualified for the 150k bonus, and can only get 80k (prequalified), probably because I’ve had this other Amex card in the past? Is there a way around this restriction?

How much is too much when pushing for a raise? I’ve been in my position a little over 1 year, received top scores in my annual review, kept my team intact, yet I’m paid at the lowest salary band for my level. Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc).
