I've joined EY GDS, Bangalore on May 2nd 2022 and I have not been allocated to any project yet. It's been more than 2 months since I joined EY GDS. I have 4.9 years of experience in Software Testing. I heard that it's a tedious task here to get a project. I am little worried as I am on probations period now. I had attended 2 client interviews (1 was out of my experience and couldn't make the other one). Any suggestions?

I’ve been promoted with a title but not the responsibilities. I’m job searching and am primarily looking at postings that don’t include my promoted title — I’m not sure how to professionally articulate in an interview why I would be willing to take a “step down”. What is the right amount of guidance & support an employee in apprenticrship should receive at work? How much responsability?

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

The counsellor who I was assigned is my SM. But now SM is asking to change counsellor to my manager suddenly before appraisal. They are saying HR mistakenly assigned SM as counsellor while joining.This is common? I just want to resign frm gds

I have 19 Oct,22 as my joining date, Still haven't recieved any mail regarding the onboarding. I've just got mail for bgv nothing else. Can someone guide me if I need to do anything or don't think of it as this is normal procedure?

Its weird that EY is calling themselves providing exceptional experiences, but keep sending Return to Office email on Friday and ruin our mood. What leadership is gonna achieve by sacrificing employee flexibilities and spoiling their happiness, it can ultimately lead to resignation and loss of great talents.

Can married couple (both husband and wife) work in EY GDS? I am an existing employee of GDS, my wife is in recruiting process. I need to know whether it is fine. Both are different domains, I’m in Development and she is in QA.
