Currently working as a L2 CSA.
Can any analysts help me what will be the main and actually skills required on job role, as I want to be job ready. And able to give interviews.
I've taken a course which has CBAP, Agile Master, Tabalue, Excel, Phython, R Programming and SQL
Is all of the above mentioned skills required to be job ready? ( or just some of them )
Also is there any additional skills I need to practice?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed).
