Anyone's firm hiring in LA?
Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

I'm always skeptical of exit interviews and I don't know if they really do any good for anyone. If you want to help out your coworkers who are staying on you could point out things that you think could use some improvement. It's probably a good idea to phrase it like it's helpful suggestions. If you really slam them (even if they totally deserve it) they'll probably just ignore it.
I would be honest with them if it were me. You can't expect them to improve if they never know what they need to change. You can be respectful but still get your point across.
Tell yourselves that the HR is here to protect the company, not you. Then you probably won't give a damn thing to it. Be calm, don't ruin your own reputation, walk out peacefully, and stay professional.
