Solve a debate for me I think my husband is way underpaid. He has 5 years of experience in all kinds of dev but has specialized in cloud computing. He has been working for the same company since he graduated. He has worked his way up to lead developer and makes $110k. What would you think a remote employee should be making with 5 years of experience.

Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

Is an MBA really worth it?

What does an online MBA look like in terms of class time, work load, realistic time to complete etc?

So my team currently uses onenote to house all of our SOPs and reference guides, but it’s becoming a monstrosity and it’s really hard to search and navigate. What programs do you use to provide your team with resources? Or is there some trick to onenote organization that we are missing maybe?

My Creative Directors, who are strong copywriters, are really struggling to collaborate with Art Directors. Are there programs or classes that teach creative collaboration and the creative process?

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. I have been in management for the past 8 years and part of large corporations. This organization knew that I don’t have general manager experience, no payroll experience, no experience setting prices, no purchasing experience and today, 6 days after starting, I have been asked to step down due to not being confident that I will be ready in 3 weeks…
