I run 2 departments (EEG technicians and EKG technicians) I have 7 direct reporting managers below me and 100 technicians who umbrella under them and they are scattered across the US. Im in charge of monthly reporting, hiring/firing, assist with recruiting/forecasting where we are having growth, mentor, coaching for development, oversee unit and supply inventory, cont in comments

Hope you'll are doing great! I was little occupied on the personal front hence couldn't keep up with the postings here.

I see in spite of 1-year anniversary of the bowl, the numbers didn't increase much. I know there are many other forums (like whatsapp groups) with similar userbase/members which maybe inhibiting sign-ups and activities. But one key differentiator is that Fishbowl groups are anonymous.

Hello Fishes, I have started my role of an Internal communications executive after 12 years of sabbatical, due to marital and parenting period. Looking to enhance my skills for growth and better efficiency. Could anyone please suggest what kind of skill enhancement course would be beneficial for me?

What should be the decent package for an Internal communication professional with 5+ years of experience.

My company has given me a promotion without a raise. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

Can anyone concur the following, working on multimedia editor (Video) (4-6 YOE) requisition:
1. The average rate for freelancer - ₹700-1200 per hour
2. The average compensation package for a full time editor: 7-9 LPA
