Joined zs pune.. i m a fresher.. why from the starting everyone is behaving like i know everything.. i even dont know how to use teams but all i am getting is getting onboarded on a project no proper KT nothing.. just bootcamps in morning from 9 to 5.. then watching those long 1.5hr kt videos.. dont know whats going on….

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

I'm feeling incredibly anxious and honestly depressed right now because of work. I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?
