Joining a new company soon. Do you think they will provide home office stipend or is it too late in the pandemic?

Depends on the company. I got one a month ago.

I started with two different companies during the pandemic (including one this week) and they both legit just ordered me everything I’d ever want for a home office setup similar to what I’d expect if I had a desk in an industry gig.

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Best tips for someone who has object permanence issues? If I put something down or away the chances I forget it and never come back to it are at least 50/50. How do you keep your home/office space clutter free without putting things where they'll never be found again? Or I guess how do you remember to go back to them? Help

The recent most billable hours post, inspired me. What is your longest billable day? Mine was 56 hours straight with no break—and the partner was more than a jerk when I was saying no more at the 30 hour point. And it is one reason (of so many reasons) why this job can suck so much! At least I got a good bonus...
