Hi All. I have offers from MobiKwik and Target for the role of Data Engineer.
Which organisation should I go fo?r. Please consider factors like job security, work quality and learning, WL balance and office culture.
They're both offering similar CTC and location is preferable in case of MobiKwik. My YoE is 3.

Are you joining the USDC?

Ah, there it is. Different benefits than core consulting and yes I believe 2 weeks is accurate
Typically you get 25 days, it may go up with YoE but pretty sure that's the standard for new hires.
Sorry I completely left out the key words. It said 2 weeks of Parental Leave… is that right?
Can confirm for US that it is 16 weeks paid ( I believe women can use 2 months of short term disability following those 16 weeks if needed). The 16 weeks is for both parties of the child (mother/father). Further, you can use in 1 week increments from the date your child is born to their first birthdate. Source - I did it twice during my time at Deloitte so far. I think the same applies for adoptions.
16 weeks of paid parental leave for Deloitte US
25+ days of PTO, unused can roll over to the next year with a cap, you can borrow more if you don’t accrue enough. I don’t remember all the details because I never get a chance to use it up

No. Rollover is 15 days now.
USDC is 2 weeks for maternity/ paternity leave
So what are the main differences between USDC and core? Coming in as a consultant, is growth different? I was told it wasn’t an up or out environment but does that mean moving up is difficult?
