Didn't PeC recently hire a whole bunch of people from other firms at very high salaries?
Someone has o pay for it I guess!
Those of you who stuck around and showed loyalty are now paying the price.

Thank you for explaining the cohort
Manager here - TC - got 24% salary increase
Nice. What’s your total comp now and what’s the tier city?

Oof someone may get in trouble
Lol I am an associate and got a 35% increase in comp
I got promoted to director (T3) advisory and saw an increase under 3%...
A1 to A2 12.5% raise..
Wait... Work from home expenses? And didn't they give everyone $250 for that?

I would say about a 10% hit post tax.
Is it true across all the service lines and all locations?
OP - not all assurance groups had previously lower comp - R&R ETS was pretty on par with our new cohort grid when we were in assurance (at least at the Associate to Senior level)
Not true. Quick FYI..
It varies a lot for TC, MC,Start&, MBA, non-MBA, City Tier etc..
I’m in TC non-MBA Tier 1 City, and I got a 30% jump for a Manager

SA2B to M1A is 30% because of the promotion raise and the market adjustment
Numbers vary quite a bit. SA2 —> SA3 with an mba and saw a 4.5% base salary increase
Chief
Correct, the referenced numbers are approximate averages based on the distribution across the tiers and cohort models.
This just isnt true lol
Sh$$t! I picked Accenture offer over Pwc two months ago.
the sal hikes were practice specific. in the salesforce practice it is almost 25% across the board till Sr Mgr level. not fake news, i am RL for many
Went from A3 ($83K) > SA1 ($109K) in TC in a tier 3 city. So 31.33% increase. I think your statement might be more applicable a higher levels, they didn’t go crazy with the increases.
It’s because they kept jobs during the pandemic which should not have been there. Though to their point, they have a lot of work and everyone is being utilized. So perhaps next year should be better.
