Just a quick FYI to anyone who thought PwC was going to give some massive raises, this was not the case. Associates saw ~5% base increase, Senior Associates saw ~13% base increase, Managers saw ~10%, Senior Managers saw ~5% increase, Directors saw ~5% increase.

So unless you were an Senior Associate or Manager, you are making the same money you were 24-months ago, but with all the fun expenses we now incur with WFH.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me.
